Data collected

The contact form only collects the information you send us: name, email, company, subject, project type, budget and message. No data is collected without your knowledge. Fields are stored in our database in France and used solely to respond to you.

Purpose and retention

This data is used exclusively to answer your request. It is kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties nor used for commercial purposes.

Analytics

The site uses Umami, a free, cookie-less analytics tool, to measure anonymized page traffic. No personal data is associated with these measurements, and no consent banner is required.

Data security

Data is hosted in France on our own infrastructure. It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected by strict access controls. Only Ystura team members have access.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ystura.com — we reply within 30 days at most.
