Our method

A simple, transparent process — designed so you always know where your project stands and what you are paying for.

Two developers. Zero middlemen.

The person who understands your need is the one who writes the code. No salesperson, no project manager, no offshore team: our method is built around that promise — transparency, iterations, no tunnel.

The loop

Five phases, one continuous loop

Scroll through: every phase of the project, from the first call to production — and beyond.

  1. Discover

Everything starts with a conversation. We seek to understand your business, your constraints and the real goal behind the request — which is often different from the initial ask. A free first call of 30 to 60 minutes, needs, priorities and risks identified together, then a transparent estimate broken into milestones. No code before the problem is clear for everyone.

  2. Design

Before building, we decide together on the architecture: data model, user journeys, technical choices. Architecture and data model built to last, a clickable prototype within the first weeks, technical choices explained — not imposed. Because a product you can see is worth a thousand pages of specifications.

  3. Build

We ship in short iterations, with a demo every single week, no exception. You track progress in real time (Git repository, shared board), you adjust priorities at every iteration, and nothing is decided behind your back. The code is reviewed, tested and versioned from day one.

  4. Ship

Deployment is part of the project, not an afterthought. Automated, reproducible deployments (Docker, CI/CD), self-hosting available — your data stays with you —, guided migration from your existing tools. Going to production is a non-event, repeated as many times as needed.

  5. Support

Software lives long after launch. We stay after go-live: fixes, evolutions, security watch, and a contact who knows your product inside out — because they wrote it.

Cross-cutting

Our principles

Small teams

Two people doing, rather than ten coordinating.

Clean, documented code

You own what we deliver, and can do whatever you want with it.

Self-hosting by default

When it makes sense: fewer dependencies, fewer recurring costs, more control.

Technical honesty

If the AI, the feature or the project is not worth it, we tell you.

Modern, proven tools

Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker — chosen for reliability, not hype.

What this means for you

No six-month tunnel, no billing surprises, no jargon justifying a delay. A weekly demo, a quote we stand by, and a product you understand — because a tool you don't understand is a tool you don't use.
